What this means for your estate
- A default prohibition, same structure as special personal information (s.26), a resident register that includes minors (common in family estates), a school-run access system, or a children's play-area CCTV feed all fall under this restriction by default, requiring one of s.35's exceptions to be lawful.
Relevant tool
PopiGuard's Personal Information Register flags any resident record involving a minor for the stricter s.34/35 handling, rather than treating it like a standard adult resident record.
